1、记不住的万能套句，不是好的万能套句
首先，记不住的万能套句，都是耍流氓。
高考啊，一紧张什么都忘。现在背 200 个一看就忘的句子，还不如背 20 个记得住、能熟练运用的句子。
你可能想不到，搞定一篇英语作文，你真的只需要搞定至多 18 个句子。
不信？我来给你分析下：
英语作文一般要求最少写 120 词，我习惯的篇幅是 150-180 词。
平均每句话 10 词，差不多也就是写 180/10=18 句话。
看到这里，你是不是就不慌了。
对，其实完成一篇考场作文，你真正要写的，也不过就 18 句话而已。
这 18 句话，分配到开头、主体、结尾，每个 part 差不多 2-4 句话，9-11 句话，2-3 句话。
除去临场发挥的一些短句、描述例子时的朴素语句等，你需要提前准备的万能套句就更少了。

<1> 开头类万能套句
在开始介绍开头类万能套句时，我得先阐明一个理念：
我们选择背诵的万能套句，一定是优中选优的精品。
啥叫「优中选优的精品」？ 就是：
第一，能在词汇、句式、写法等方面惊艳到你
第二，能成功套用到多种作文体裁、题目的可能性更高举个栗子，现在有 2 个句子：
第一句：In modern times, social progress enables an increasing number of common citizens to do something, with + sb. / sth. + 「-ing 分词从句」 .
第二句：With the development of science and technology , more and more people believe that...
如果让我评判，我会认为第一句话比第二句更优，理由有四：
用词上，common citizens 比 people 更新颖一点。 短语上，an increasing number of 比 more and more 更高级一点。 句式上，第一句略长好凑字数。 内容上，第一句更容易套用到更多场景。我们用题目举例。
Changes in the way of Education/Transportation/Communication。（论教育/交通/人际沟通的变化）
In modern times, social progress enables an increasing number of common citizens to change their way of children education，with online-teaching allowing students to study at home.

再举一个。
讨论下「why students should be encouraged to develop effective communication skills.」（论为啥学生要发展高效沟通技能）
套用上面的句型，其实也超简单：
In modern times, social progress enables an increasing number of common citizens to attach more importance to effective communication，with college students being encouraged to equip themselves with useful communication skills.
即使是书信体，也根本不在怕的。
改一改，还能用！
「Write a letter to a foreign friend who wants to teach English in China . Please recommend a city to him.」（写一封信，给想来中国教英语的外国友人推荐一座城市）
怎么套用呢？我来示范下如何「灵活改写」：

怎么方便、怎么合适、怎么顺手，就怎么改写。
总归万能句是能在 99% 的场合下都派上用场的，就看熟悉程度和随机应变的灵活度了，万变不离其宗！
相比之下，第二句话「With the development of science and technology , more and more people believe that...」就很不友好，无法灵活多变的完成写作任务，所以，当然选择第一句话背啦！
