Botafogo striker Jobson could face criminal charges on Monday for his behavior after the scoreless draw at Avai on Sunday.

Upon leaving the stadium in Florianopolis, Santa Catarina, Jobson allegedly pulled down his pants and showed his penis to the local fans.

The Botafogo bus that transported the staff and players passed by a group of Avai fans that shouted obscenities and offended the Botafogo team. In response, Jobson flashed the group of people.

The player's actions resulted in a report to the local police. The Florianopolis Police registered the compliant and Jobson is expected to clarify the incident. If found guilty of an obscene act in public, he could face three months to one year in prison.

Despite the incident, the striker traveled with the rest of the team to Fortaleza where they will play Ceara on November 10 in the 35th round of the Brazilian Championship.

Jobson's career nearly came to an end in late 2009 when he was suspended for drug use. However, conquering the addiction to cocaine, he returned to the team in 2010 and earned a spot on the starting team. His latest incident has yet to be commended upon by the Botafogo club presidency.
