一：品质方面

中天文化用人重品质，我个人认为会计人员品质很重要，我严格遵循会计的职业道德，认真加强思想政治学习，牢固树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。

二：工作方面

本着对工作积极、认真、负责的态度，我及时地熟悉施工企业的会计制度，认真遵守各项规章制度，虚心向领导和同事请教，努力学习各项业务知识。目前我负责汉英高速公路和公司设备处的会计工作，作为工程项目的财务会计，风险意识尤其重要，我在工作中认真的审核每一笔业务，有疑问的单据及时讯问，做到防范风险在前，通过不断学习，不断积累，使工作效率和工作质量有了较大提高，较好地完成了各项工作任务。

三：学习生活方面

在工作过程中，我深深感到加强自身学习、提高自身素质的紧迫性，端正态度，改进方法，广泛汲取各种“营养”;

向周围的同志学习，工作中我始终保持谦虚谨慎、虚心求教的态度，主动向领导、同事们请教，学习他们任劳任怨、求真务实的工作作风和处理问题的方法;
