When their achievements are noticed more by others at school or work, they are more likely to succeed.

In short, I believe self-confidence to be the most important factor in success. It enables people to take risks, try again when they fail, and enjoy their accomplishments when they win. With these abilities, a confident person can succeed easily at school or work.

我喜欢花，每次看到花都爱琢磨琢磨，原来，我分不清玫瑰花和月季花，经过仔细观察，反复比较，终于弄清楚它们各自的特征。

首先说说它们的花。玫瑰的花瓣是椭圆形的，层次一般二到三层，花芯中很少看到花粉。而月季花瓣是圆形的，层次比较多，花芯像是又一朵小花。

其次是它们的叶子也有区别。玫瑰花的'新叶皱巴巴的，中心主叶脉深深地凹下去，分支叶脉也是一条条陷下去。而月季的叶子刚好相反，中心叶脉微微凸出，分支叶脉看上去没动静，像是在睡懒觉。

最后说说它们的刺。玫瑰花满身都是刺。杆上的刺越是根部长得越大越老，也越扎手；末梢的刺又嫩又小，几乎没有扎人的感觉，但也要小心别扎到哦。叶片上的刺，也越是老叶越扎手，嫩叶上的刺，看上去像长着小毛毛，好可爱哦。而月季几乎没有刺。
